Mental Health Awareness Week begins on Monday 13 May 2024. This is an issue that is increasingly impacting our members with the cost of living crisis, financial, and work/home related concerns.
Our employer/s have a Duty of Care to all workers, regardless of their employment status and it has never been more important for our members to have proper health, safety, and wellbeing procedures in place that are fit for purpose, including health surveillance and sign posting to relevant support and specialist services.
