On 27 July 2024 is the Trans Pride in London. On the same day far-right Tommy Robinson has called for a far-right mobilisation in central London and as a consequence there is a potential for right-wing bigots to disrupt Trans Pride.
It is the obligation of the labour movement to stand up for rights, whether, in workplaces or on the streets, so if you plan to attend, please look for the UNISON Banners and travel in groups where possible. However, if you plan to travel alone always let friends or family at home know where you are and what your travel plans are.
