As the Tory Government continues to push through new legislation to further strengthen the Anti-Trade Union laws, Trade Unions in Communities will be holding a DEFEND THE RIGHT TO STRIKE RALLY on Wednesday 1 February 2023, 1-3pm at Southside Community Centre, 117 Nicolson Street, Edinburgh.
The new legislation will further reduce the right of workers to withdraw their labour following a legal ballot of its membership. We must oppose this legislation at all costs. This is a direct attack on the rights of working people. We need a strong show of support and solidarity. If you can please come along to the rally, which is part of a national day of action.
