Communities & Families – Online Meeting

For those returning to work – or working alongside colleagues as they come back into the workplace – we need to ensure that the risks to staff are assessed and managed and that your voice is heard. Our aim is to make workplaces “COVID secure”.

Therefore, UNISON has organised an online members meeting so that you have the opportunity to hear from UNISON and to ask questions / raise issues.

When: Thursday 11th June
Time: 4.15pm to 5.00pm
Where: Online via GoToMeeting – joining instructions will be sent to members on request. See below.

During this meeting we will cover a range of subjects including; a briefing on our discussions with council leadership, advice around health and safety to help ensure a safe return to work, an update on equality issues, information on how you can get active with your union and an opportunity for members to ask questions.

If you would like to attend the online meeting, please email branchoffice@unison-edinburgh.org.uk to RSVP a space and you will be sent a virtual meeting link for GoToMeeting. You can easily participate from your computer, tablet or smartphone.

If you have any questions you would like to raise in advance of the meeting, please include them in your email RSVP so that we can collate these and address them during the meeting.

We look forward to seeing you online.

Yours in solidarity,

Pauline Henderson (Convener) Graham Neal (Vice Convener)
