RECALL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The branch’s Annual General Meeting will be held across three aggregate meetings. members can attend any one (see below for original AGM details and papers):
- Thursday 14 March 12.30pm – 1.30pm East Locality Office, 101 Niddrie Mains Road, Edinburgh EH16 4DS
- Thursday 14 March 6.30pm – 8.30pm Methodist Church,25 Nicolson Square, Edinburgh, EH8 9BX
- Friday 15 March 12.30pm – 1.30pm North West Locality Office, 8 West Pilton Gardens, Edinburgh EH4 4DP
Refreshments will be provided at each venue.
Members can only be admitted to the meeting on production of their current membership card or pay slip showing UNISON deductions and if their name appears on the branch list. Or alternatively bring a copy of this letter which includes your membership number.
Members intending to use the creche at the meeting in the Methodist Church on 14th March should inform the branch office on 0131 558 7488 by Noon on Thursday 7th March. For safety reasons, the creche cannot be made available to members who have not contacted the office.

Dear Colleague
All members are urged to attend the Annual General Meeting of the branch on Thursday 21 February 2019 in the Augustine United Church, George IV Bridge, Edinburgh. Members can only be admitted to the meeting on production of their current membership card or pay slip showing UNISON deductions and if their name appears on the branch list.
The quorum for a branch meeting is 150. The Chairperson will take a count at 6.30pm prompt and if the quorum is not met, the meeting cannot proceed. The meeting will conclude at 8.30pm at the latest so that members using the creche or making care arrangements can plan as necessary.
